I found the hotel to be overall a mixed experience. The rooms were a little smaller than expected, which made it challenging to sleep despite being non-smoking; however, they were comfortable. The service was friendly and professional, with a particularly helpful team during our meeting. The location was a bit odd, sitting off the highway, but it was open until midnight for late-arriving guests. The dining options were good, especially the French toasts, but there was a slight issue with dismantling at 9:00 a.m. Facilities were adequate.
Despite the wet carpet with an odd smell due to recent shampooing, the room was very comfortable and included in the price. However, the lack of insulation was noticeable.
The hotel was overall much better than most I've stayed in, with clean and comfortable rooms, super friendly and helpful service, and a great location for early flights out of Charlotte. The dining options included in the rate were pretty good, but there could be room for improvement.
